An Artron Capacitor is an item used as a crafting component in Tardis sub-system components and previously provided artron energy to the Tardis.

Maintanence

Although the Artron Capacitor is not an essential Tardis Sub-system component, it can be repaired using the Steady State Microwelding Station. The station will be able to repair the capacitor to full durability with 1 Redstone Block.

The Biodampener is an item that prevents a player from being teleported to via a Tardis' Telepathic Circuit.

Usage

Place the Biodampener in any inventory slot to prevent a Tardis from teleporting to the player.

Cinnabar Dust

Cinnabar dust is a raw material used in crafting other items.

It is obtained by mining Cinnabar Ore with a regular pickaxe.

Dalek Gunstick

The Dalek Gunstick is a loot item dropped by Daleks.

On its own, it has little use but when combined with other components, can be used to craft weapons such as the Dalek Ray Gun.

The Dalek Ray Gun is a weapon crafted from components of Dalek weaponry. It fires laser projectiles that damage entities.

Exotronic circuits can be obtained by drops from slain Cybermen or Daleks.

As of 0.0.2 pre-alpha, exotronic circuits cannot be obtained in survival mode. They are currently used as a test for crafting recipes.

They are only available in creative mode via the Tardis Mod Creative Menu Tab.

Sysymbiotic_nuclei-v2.pngmbiotic Nuclei is an item that grants the player with 12 regenerations in a life.

Rather than dying, the player will be granted several temporary effects including nausea and a small health boost. This prevents the user from dying a total of 12 times.

Once all 12 regenerations have been expended the player will die like normal unless they consume another Symbiotic Nuclei.

Usage

  1. Right click the Symbiotic Nuclei to gain 12 regenerations (extra lives). This will use up the item.
  2. Each time the player dies from any damage source, the death screen will not be displayed. A chat message will indicate the amount of remaining regenerations.

Repair Capsule

Repair Capsule is an item that allows for the repairing of individual Tardis Sub-systems without requiring the player to have access to the Tardis console unit.

Usage

Repairing Individual Tardis Sub-systems

This process will set the durability value of the Tardis Sub-system to that of the component being inserted. This can be seen in the following formula:

Note that the final value IS NOT 57 (34+23).

Procedure:
  1. Craft and hold the Repair Capsule (Place into the selected hotbar slot).
  2. Place the desired component in the inventory. E.g. Fluid Link
  3. Right click with the Repair Capsule once. This will use up the component and identify its corresponding Tardis sub-system.
  4. Right click with the Repair Capsule for the second time. This will use up the Repair Capsule and set the final sub-system value to that of the component's durability value.

The Sonic Screwdriver has the following capabilities. Each function will activate when the condition is met

Variants

Sonic Screwdrivers will come in a variety of casings. As of 0.0.2 pre-alpha build, the only variant is the Sonic Cane.

Sonic Screwdrivers have a variety of casings that can be obtained via the Sonic Workbench. In survival, the interchangeable casings can be obtained by first crafting a base casing variant of the sonic screwdriver, then switching the casing using the workbench.

Sonic Shades

Sonic Shades are a wearable item that allows the player to view additional information about their world via a HUD.


Abilities

The Sonic Shades have the following abilities

Acquisition

As of 0.0.8A Patch 3, the Sonic Shades are a Creative-only item. There is no crafting recipe.

Use

To wear the shades, place the item in the helmet armor slot. The shades will fit over the eyes of the Steve or Alex skin template. The Heads Up Display will automatically display on the screen.

To use each ability, simply adjust the direction, player position and crosshairs for each respective ability. There is no need to activate any keybind or mouse button.
